STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • excellent length. Standing at + 6’7 with 6’11 wingspan
  • good body frame and plenty of room to improve his physical abilities. Can possibly end up as Top level athlete
  • moves very fluidly and possess great acceleration
  • very good rebounder for position. His handles allow him to make grab & go plays on the regular
  • takes pride in contesting the shoots. Looks intriguing also on defensive end
  • can finish play with either hand. Also in the crowd thanks to agility and hangtime
  • good slashing ability. Has upside in playing through contact. Will be even more efficient after he reaches full athletic potential
  • shoots easy ball. Very good wrist action shows promise of turning into at least above average shooter
  • looks really versitale & more and more polished. Improves ball handling
  • slows down possessions a bit. Seems to plan plays and hold the ball too much at times
  • goes almost exclusively to the left side of the court. Sometimes makes things more difficult without any reason
  • hasn’t found the balance in his game yet. Can be borderline selfish and then not aggressive enough
  • not really tested playing against fundamentally sound competition every week. His court awareness is average for now in best case scenario
  • assist numbers are not good enough for someone playing with the ball that much
  • not the toughest guy around. Does he lack killer mentality? Looks average facing good athletes with likewise size
OUTLOOK
Enaruna was born to Dutch mother and Nigerian father. He is one of the best prospects from 2001 generation in Europe and high major prospect with considerable long term NBA potential. Tristan has a great potential to grow into on both ends. With improved passing ability he can become pretty much all around player with close to elite athleticism. However it was hard to imagine him staying in Netherlands until college and becoming a star. His transfer to HS in Utah can help him to step out of comfort zone and reach full potential.
