STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • impressive toned body with wide shoulders
  • solid size for position that comes with very good wingspan. Will most likely be able to defend all shooting guards at pro level
  • plays with the great intensity. Draws a lot of fouls with his aggressive style
  • very good and competitive defender. Makes effort to help the team on the glass
  • specialized in transition. Drives strong to the rim, can create for others from penetration
  • great free throw shooter
  • quick with strong legs. Can run off screen a bit and free himself easily off the ball 
  

  • not overly bad form but irregular shooter. Much below average. Prefers attacking close-outs even with a lot of space to get the shoot off
  • good not very good ball handler
  • doesn’t have exceptional court vision. Not the best organizer in half court offense. Makes mostly simple passes 
OUTLOOK
2016/2017 was a breakout season for Radek since he emerged as a Top scorer at Adidas Next Generation Tournament in Coin. He possess impressive physical profile for European guard. Comes from the same program as Satoransky but unfortunately is far from deserving comparison to him. Farsky is shorter, provides less value as a playmaker and displays worse maturity. Still has a tools and intangibles to play in better league than Czech Kooperativa NBL in future.
