STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • chiseled with proportionate upper and lower body
  • powerful first step, extremely quick. Overall freak athlete for European standards
  • superb motor. Invests great deal of energy in every play
  • constantly present offensively. Either with or without the ball
  • crashes the glasses. Can put the ball back like very few guards
  • not as raw as he seems. Can really surprise with shot creation or good dime
  • promising touch on runners and around the rim
  • willing to play hard defense and has all the tools to do that well. Two way player
  • not gifted shooter, average length for a wing, not a point guard at all. There is a risk he can end up in between the positions
  • handles can look loose at times
  • needs to work on shooting mechanics
OUTLOOK
Ekamba parents come from Congo. He is an athletic freak but shows promise of becoming more than just a slasher who plays good defense. He needs a refinement in many offensive departments but can end up as a tough matchup on both ends of the court at really solid level.
