STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • has strength and physical maturity of way older player
  • despite carrying some notable weight he is actually very mobile
  • can also easily get up and finish with the dunk. Exceptionally light on his feet for such a big body
  • likes to throw his body around and execute strength advantage. Draws plenty of fouls
  • very good rebounder. Clears out the space. Grabs the ball powerfully
  • above average passing ability for frontcourt player
  • rolls to the basket well in 2 man game. Has also some moves with his back to the basket. Makes himself avaiable off the ball around the paint
  • plays hard & competes
  • makes occasional drives from 5-6 meters away from the rim. Able to force his way to the rim
  • scares opponents to try make a move against him in low post/ Moves quickly in defensive rotation
  • keeps being used very inside but his future position should be 4
  • pretty much maximized frame. Will still be very good athlete with adequate size for 4 position  on pro level. Others just have more room for improvement and will have to adjust his game when he is less and less physically dominant  
  • may be a bit too emotional at times. Has to control himself not to disappear or let some on-court issues affect his performance
  • needs to develop some jumper
OUTLOOK
Golden was born in Malaga and transfered to Real Madrid very early – at the age of 9. His parents come from Senegal. He possess notable experience on high youth level as he has been ready to easily compete with older players for a while now. Dike benefits a lot from being overmature but some of his attitudes are translatable when physical advantage is notably decreased. He needs to continue developing more of a Power Forward skillset.
