STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • great height for the guard at 6’5 with long arms
  • good frame and speed. His athleticism easily catches up with American guards
  • positional versitality given slashing ability and becoming legitimate Point Guard
  • can either speed up the game to kill it in transition and set the slower offensive tone
  • good aggressive defender. Works his butt off on this end as well
  • plays with passion. Unselfish team player
  • handles are not tight yet. Definitely more power than wiggle while getting downhill
  • feel for the game is not high level yet. Still learning some of PG attributes especially in pick and roll. Can kill dribble unnecessarily or make a risky pass at times
  • still has some work to do with shot creation skills
OUTLOOK
Ebrima Dibba headlines Swedish colony in St. Benedict’s. He was a sleeper who finally caught up NCAA coaches eye thanks to great physical profile for someone who can run the point. Still needs refinement as PG but his toughness and teamwork help him to get through.
