Dorde Pazin (01’, 6’5’’, Guard) Sharpshooter, cannot be left even an inch of a room as he doesn’t need to think twice about pulling a three pointer and converting at a high clip. Able to create a shot opportunity for himself and pull off the dribble as well as catch and shoot, doesn’t have a long range yet but there’s no reason why he couldn’t expand his scope even further. Average defender and playmaker was the top scorer on his team and averaged 20pts, 5.3reb, 1.8ast, 1.3stl, 3TO’s

STRENGHTS	WEAKNESSESS
great basketball IQ. Very smart kid who understands the game at the highest level great instincts. Makes right plays at the right time knows how to be effective both in bigger and smaller roles picks his spots well. Does not try to force plays. Reads defenses well can operate as the ball handler out of PnR good shooter. Can knock down tough out of balance shots from hand offs and of screens crafty with the ball. Changes pace well. Always looking to find space for a shot, whether its a jumpshot or a floater/runner	average body and frame lacks athleticism. Not quick or explosive enough shot selection can be an issue at times. Pulls up for long, difficult, inefficient 2s over defenders needs to improve left hand dribble. Uses his dominant hand a lot defense is a work in progress. Needs to put much more effort into it. Completely oriented towards offense at this point
OUTLOOK
Đorđe Pažin is a brainy player who understands the game of basketball well and can find a role for himself in any system. His primary position is shooting guard at the moment, but he can be an effective combo guard as his basketball IQ could be used much better in that kind of role. Average body and athleticism coupled with defensive issues limit his potential but he is the last player you should count easily out. There is more than enough room in high level basketball for players like him, especially if he continues developing ball handling, passing and shot selection.
