STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • great size standing at 6’11. Solid frame to fill out and strong legs
  • very mobile and solid athlete. Has quick leaping ability 
  • positions himself very well for lob passess
  • has variety of moves under the rim. Displays very good footwork and pump fakes
  • very good as a p & r man. Can score either after rolling to the basket or pop out
  • stretches the court all the way to the three point line. Makes even occassional pull up and step back jumpers. Abiove average free throw executor
  • can handle the ball a bit to start the fast break
  • notable passer for center position
  • gets it done but shooting mechanics is not 100% fundamentally sound. Tends to jump forward
  • less tough in the post on defensive end
  • wants to do too much at times. Sometimes has tendency to play behind the arc unnecessarily
  • gets unnoticed for some stretches on the court

OUTLOOK
Simonovic took his talents to Italy in 2014. He is highly skilled and amazing all around scorer for Center position. He doesn’t have much flaws to his game and his versitality combined with toughness & athleticism make him extremely difficult to handle. Although being young he is ready to compete with adults from every standpoint. He should prove himself quickly in Italian A2 and make a jump to Top European competitions or even NBA.
