Born: 20.11.2002
Nationality: Serbia
Position: Forward
Current team: Partizan

RANK:
Of 2002 Generation

U16 OVERVIEW
Luka is a son of Dragan Tarlac who was drafted on the beginning of the 2nd round by Chicago Bulls in 1995. He didn’t stick in NBA long term but played in the best European teams and holds also Greek citizenship. Unlikely to senior who was center, Luka possess physical profile of forward but loves to play with the ball as main offensive option. He was born very late in 2002, and in early 2018 already stands at 6’7 which doesn’t have to mean he is done growing since father was 6’11. Moreover he appears to have quite long arms and very good athleticism for European prospect. His size combined with decent quickness and handles make him great bucket getter on youth level. He can also attract defensive focus and kick the ball out, play defense and in general seems really well rounded. On the downside KK Sava is not really good team which doesn’t play vs Top Serbian competition on regular basis and he often looks like one man army. Because of that he tries to do too much on the court. Not missing the right time to join better club will be crucial for his further development as well as smoothness of transition to be one of the few go-to options.
