Kristian Kocab

Height: 210cm – 6’11’’
Born: 02.05.2002
Nationality: Czech Republic
Position: Big
Current team: USK Praha

RANK:
Of 2002 Generation

U16 OVERVIEW
Kristian Kocab as for now seems the best prospect in Czech Republic from 2002 generation. He joined USK Praha before 2017/2018 season from SK Zabovresky in Brno. Also received the invitation from Bayern Munich to join them at 2018 Szent Istvan Basketball Cup. Despite being tall (already stands at 6’8) he is super mobile and runs the court very fast. This combined with solid instincts and effort make him elite rebounder in youth categories which with 1-2 more inches can be possibly translated as his significant asset also on the next level. Kocab invests a lot of energy and gives his best trying to the cover ground and chasing the ball outside of his arena. He is very lanky and frame is just ok which is not promising regarding inside battles in professional basketball. He also needs to improve his touch and maybe add some mid range. As well as sharpen FTs and rim protection instincts.
