good enough height for SG with projectable frame shows good speed and body control running the floor in transition energetic player with relentless aggression can operate with the ball. Comfortable handle at full speed. Can create for himself as a pick and roll man really good almost pro level shooter at the age of 16. Likely to specialize in this department. Compact and quick release very good rebounder for position keeps composure. Runs back quickly to defense. Doesn’t let mistakes go to his head strong legs, quick laterally. Solid anticipation	plays at one full speed mostly could create for others more regarding he can and likes to play with the ball a lot can get over confident at times trying to finish unnecessarily over the length in transition. Shot selection may also need some additional attention
OUTLOOK
Kilps is a player who will be ready to contribute in professional basketball quickly (which he already started doing in Latvia) regarding his mature body and readiness from mental standpoint. First of all he is bucket getter and his role as a shooter can be translated for really good European level as he also plays with effort and survives on defensive end.
