despite pedestrian 3pt numbers his spot up shot seems to be very projectable. Good repeatable mechanics really talented. The game comes to him naturally plays well of the ball. Runs off screens. Good fit for dual point guard line up good court vision. Can really pass on the move has ability to handle the ball well. Operates smoothly at different speeds, Has some wiggle with the ball. Could use it more to create shots advanced in terms of pick and roll playmaking slides his feet very well. Limited tools but good on ball defender on his position. Competes	not a great physical profile. Just adequate size for PG. Frame looks ok but can’t do much through contact. Can he finish penetrations around the rim? solid quickness in open court but average burst. Doesn’t get to the rim consistently. Really 3 point oriented still refining his decision making. Commits too many turnovers for guy with his talent and overall feel for the game. Can really get reckless and too fancy
OUTLOOK
Son of Valmo Kriisa who was long time Estonia national team member and had a really long career in European minor leagues. Kerr is finesse guard who is also willing to do some dirty work on the court. Reaching father’s height (191cm) would definitely help him to establish on professional market. After playing in Top Division in Estonia at the age of just 16, Kriisa took his talent to Bamberg, Germany.
