STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • big bodied. Possess impressive frame and large arms
  • uses his body well. Covers a lot of ground while screening
  • very good in 2 man game
  • considerable rim protection instincts which can translate with improved physicality
  • great hands and really soft touch
  • skilled with his back to the basket. Can turn and finish over both shoulders
  • high basketball IQ
  • very good rebounder. Good nose for the ball on offensive board. Makes a lot tip in plays
  • great fundamentals, footwork and instincts on both ends of the floor
  • considerable passing skills from Center position
  • shows even flashes of being stretch five. Decent shooter with time and space
  • plays below the rim
  • neither quick nor mobile at all
  • not the most vocal player on the court and still a bit inconsistent
  • can bend his knees a bit and foot speed is not that bad but still below high standards. May have troubles defending pick and roll or while taken away from the paint on the next level
OUTLOOK
Haris Bratanovic possess tremendous skillset which is years beyond his age group. He resembles Jusuf Nurkic a lot not only thanks to Bosnian roots. Big man who can throw his body around in the paint and possess top notch understanding of the game overall. Obviously some part of his production comes from strength and size advantage. He will have to improve his other athletic abilities as his competition gets more mature and better to continue being dominant under the basket.
