STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • has a great size standing close to 7 foot in shoes
  • very good physical profile – strong and mature frame in upper & lower body
  • quite mobile. Nice rim to rim speed. Good conditioning for center
  • rebounding machine. Beside top notch tools has a nose and timing to jump for the ball
  • true banger that sets good screens and works hard
  • light feet and good length combination give him intriguing defensive potential. Can guard on perimeter
  • pretty maximized from physical standpoint
  • has ways to go as far as technical skill development
  • could be more impactful rim protector given his tools
  • has a strange manner to simulate injuries
  • needs to improve FT and shooting in general. Shots from over head, pushes the ball slightly
OUTLOOK
Gora started to play basketball in 2015 in Dieda Basketball Academy in Senegal and joined Bologna before 2017/2018 season. He had a great showing at Adidas Next Generation tournament where even NBA scouts wrote down his name in notebooks. He is must follow for next years but other skills and court awareness need to catch up to his physical profile.
