STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • has a lot of length and great frame to fill out
  • mobile big with ok athleticism. Nimble on his feet
  • makes himself available for passes down low
  • has tools to play on high percentage around the rim
  • touch is improving. Makes mid hook shots over defenders thanks to his reach and big hands. Able to finish using off hand
  • should be able to add mid range shot to his assets. Already makes jumpers from few meters away given time and space
  • able to hedge and recover on pick and rolls
  • tremendous overall upside
  • has some bounce but conservative in his finishing approach. Not willing to make dunks at every opportunity
  • still raw on both ends of the floor. Benefits a lot from the great guards he plays with
  • good not great rebounder for a Center spot
  • cannot protect the rim as much as you would hope him to do. Not the best defensive awareness
  • may look like playing in slow motion at times
  • super soft since very early years
OUTLOOK
Miyem has siblings involved in basketball. His brother plays on lower level in France and sister is long time national team member. Essome definitely has a considerable potential to Top Endene’s achievements. He is close to have elite tools necessary for modern Center but has come craft and shows promise of being more than just lob catcher. With rapid progress could put his name on NBA draft radar.
