| Azuolas Tubelis has a twin brother named Tautvilas who plays on the same team but is visibly shorter and appears to be less talented as well. Azuolas makes steady progress and headlines 2002 Lithuanian generation which doesn’t seem to be the best for this country standards altogether with Kasparas Jonauskas. He is kind of forward tweener who possess warrior mentality. He displays really smooth offensive game and is capable isolation scorer especially when guarded by power forwards. Also very good rebounder with decent positional size (already 6’8 in shoes). On the downside his shooting stroke looks really ugly and is must improve moving forward. Participated in notable role with older age group at European U16s in Podgorica. Has numbers of interests from foreign teams but according to reliable source is supposed to stay in Vilnius and sign with Lietuvos Rytas. |
