STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • legit 7-footer (without shoes) with massive body
  • rare passing skills for such a big man. Can throw outlet pass with outstanding accuracy. Makes effort to operate inside-outside
  • displays great upper body strength. Can take advantage of it
  • clears out a lot of space while screening
  • very good especially defensive rebounder. Can box out well and dominate on the glass with physical advantage. Collected many boards per 36 in every setting he played in so far
  • solid finisher with either hand. Has a go-to move with simple hook over right shoulder. Plays at the high FG%
  • works hard on perimeter shooting. It will take a while until he makes it his asset but form definitely looks promising
  • good teammate. Not a troublesome guy
  • although losing some weight recently there is no big improvement in running and quickness
  • not overly active with setting up position on the low post. Could be more tough on the court at times
  • decent low post defender and shot blocker but may still have some troubles with defending pick and roll against quick guards or perimeter drives made by athletic players on his position

OUTLOOK
Adrian was raised by grandparents. He is often compared to Przemyslaw Karnowski because of the body type, Moreover they are both left handed players with some serious passing skills. Bogucki is following footsteps of Big Mamba but overall feel for the game, skill level and talent scale are smaller which doesn’t mean at all that he is not very interesting player. Nearly 215 cm hard-working Centers who are not raw offensively and progress at this pace don’t grow on trees. To play a bigger role on high level Adrian needs to improve stamina and conditioning in order to keep pace for more than few minutes on the court.
