Maximilian Begue (01’, 6’4’’, Guard) Very well built, athletic guard with nice fluid moves. Relies heavily on his drives to the basket and drawing fouls, scored almost half of his points in the tournament from the charity stripe converting well (80%). Reluctant jump shooter doesn’t have a 3 point shot, took only 7 attempts and missed all of them. There are no signs why he shouldn’t be able to improve his game from the distance having already well-established shooting form. Tries to push the ball in transition but has a shaky dribble, sometimes losing the control. Solid defender 1on1 able to keep the opponent in front of him, active on the defensive glass, passes well. STRENGHTS	WEAKNESSESS
great physical profile. Strong built, kind of specimen. Tall for guard position plays pretty much 1-3 position with big success at youth level. Should translate as a combo guard into pro basketball great rebounder for backcourt player thanks to his strength and physical abilities has a feel for the game. Knows how to utilize his body against weaker opponents possess very good driving ability. Can kick the ball out and find open teammates on the move good ball handler. Shows notable vision also in half court offense unselfish for such a physically dominant player among peers gets to the free throw line. Draws many fouls, comfortable through contact good perimeter defender. Decent lateral quickness. Body absorbs dribble penetrations	must improve shooting ability to keep the defense honest. Not the most natural motion. Lacks consistecy good not great scorer. Needs some offensive polish to be on the same level with best players from his generation. Max Begue was born to Cameroonian father and German mother. He arrived in Fraport program in 2015. He is very tough match up, plays with poise but at the same time is able to maintain calm demeanor. His highly intriguing physicality is combined with creativity and advanced playmaking skills which is rare to find. To sum up Begue has all the tools and plays in good environment to end up on the really high level.
