PAUL EBOUA (6’8, 2000, FORWARD, STELLAZZURRA) – Another must follow for executives from the best basketball league in the world. His performance vs Zalgiris in the game for final was really NBA type. Beside ability to guard everyone given strength, aggressiveness and 7’3 wingspan, Cameroonian prospect showed better offensive awareness. While he is not expected to ever be particularly productive offensive catalyst in half court sets, he keeps maximizing his potential in well spaced floor: transition (including sporadic grab & go), put back dunks and eventually off the ball cuts. His not the most natural high release stroke is also not bad at all which helps even more.

STRENGHTS	WEAKNESSESS
really bulked up frame + great athleticism level good leaper with ridiculous 7’3 wingspan which makes him elite dunker and alley-oop target makes progress at good pace has some touch and is almost unblockable with his reach on forward position tremendous offensive rebounder. This and dunking ability are already by the highest standards possibly lockdown defender. Can really slide his feet. Takes pride in stopping his man aware of his role on the court. Tries to maximize his impact in what he is good at. Chases down opponents for blocks	low basketball IQ. Still learning proper habits much more about upside and physical tools than basketball production at the moment ball handling and driving ability are must improve in order to have bigger role on offensive end. Looks down while handling
OUTLOOK
Eboua who comes from Douala had very late introduction to the game as he hadn’t practise until the age of 15. Almost exclusively big players are able to achieve high level of basketball after such a retarded start. Paul is more of swingman or wing but somehow only sky seems to be the limit for him. However on the beggining it is easier to improve so let’s see if he is able to keep polishing his skills and utilize athletic potential next seasons against better and better competition while facing much bigger expectations regarding his performance.
