Muhaymin Mustafa is the latest addition to Tofas backcourt. He had a good U20 European Championship this summer, looking much more comfortable playing isolation and pulling up inside the arc. A natural defensive anchor, it is possible to see him get on the court for solid minutes in rotation. Getting into a role will likely to be a process but Muhaymin has the tools to contribute to Tofas Eurocup run.

Muhaymin Mustafa (’99 – TUR – 197cm) – Tofas swingman didn’t have his best tournament in shooting consistency and he finished with 12.1 PPG. Despite the scoring numbers his stroke seems projectable and also has nice athleticism with a long body. Besides has a good engine in defense.

STRENGHTS	WEAKNESSESS
amazing all-around athleticism, runs the floor with pace especially in transition. Impressive first step and quickness very good wingspan allows him to be a great defender, nightmare match-up on defense effective slasher when he gets the chance improved shooter but scores more inside penetrating through isolation play nice passer, makes the right extra passes defensive awareness is above average. Makes lots of steals by poking or getting into passing lanes	inconsistent, he has been unable to preserve his performance in back-to- back games throughout his youth team career needs to become a better shooter. Not showed much of shooting over dribble. decisions leaves a question mark. Forces the ball to much in some circumstances
OUTLOOK
Muhaymin Mustafa growing a couple of inches last year now has the body of a small forward, which is when compared with his great athletic abilities composes huge potential. He was a member of Turkish U17 NT that acquired the silver medal but his performances were questioned mostly because of poor percantage. When he sustains his high level performances for a long stride he can be considered as one of the most important players of his generation.
