STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • surprisingly good explosiveness and athleticism in general. Solid strength
  • pretty good ball handler. Hard to stop in the open court or from high pick and roll
  • really good defender. Has a quick hands and great lateral agility. Can press on the ball and also knows when/how to rotate.
  • very aggressive approach. Not afraid of anything on the court. Never bothered by unsuccesful attempts
  • can score in isolation situations. Also fearless slasher. Likes getting to the basket.
  • solid court vision. Can share the ball on the move at full speed
  • decisions and passes could be better
  • relies very heavily on his speed. Needs to find a way to control the rhythm
  • could switch off his attack mode at times. Sometimes gets into no way out situations
  • keeps improving as a shooter especially after catch but still has a long way to go in this case
OUTLOOK
Uskokovic may not be the player with the best basketball IQ but he recovers with his hard work and dedication. He is very energetic on the court and can take over the game or become a problem for his own team but is definitely fun to watch. Possess some of leadership qualities and makes a really good & regular progress. Need to add ability to shift gears. It won’t be a surprise if we see him in notable role with Red Star senior team in European competitions.
