STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • has a good physical tools to play in the position. Uses his wide shoulders and strong upper body well
  • well-balanced and displays very good motor coordination
  • competitive character and loves basketball
  • above average finishing skills as a PF
  • in miss-match situations, can post his guy really well but also can face-up and score quickly
  • average catch-and-shoot guy but his mechanics is promising for him to become one in the future
  • plays hard on defense for both PF and C positions and also good team defender. Knows when to rotate
  • limited athleticism and a bit sloppy footwork
  • not an explovise first step
  • in half-court situations not consistent about creating his own shot and it is a concern for the future if it ever changes

OUTLOOK
After standing on the top of the podium in 2015 at FIBA U16 Europe and becoming the MVP of Jordan Brand Classic game the same year, Sikiras struggled to attend any high level national team or club tournaments. Since he missed events like U17 World and U18 Europe or AdidasNGT due to injury, it was hard to follow his improvement but after his move to Fuenlabrada Njegos seems to be back on the right pathway to reach his full potential. Health problems seems to doesn’t bother his anymore and he was even able to already make his debut in Liga Endesa.
