A bit traditional big man who can converge soft hands and physical strength down low. He was the top performer for 5th place Turkish team, he might be able to prove his worth against pro level European competition this year.

STRENGHTS	WEAKNESSESS
has solid size for center spot with a good frame which will eventually fill out in time. very good finisher around the rim, possesses soft hands and nice offensive Fundamentals knows where to stand on both sides of the court due to his high basketball IQ promising shooting touch, may develop a midrange shot in the future. good passer in low post efficient roll man in pick and roll situations, makes extra passes or gets high percentage hook shots down low. contests shoots very smartly above average motor for his position	average overall quickness, struggles while defending on perimeter. no shooting threat so far, mainly operates in the paint. needs to improve his legs to keep up in Professional level as soon as possible
OUTLOOK
Ragıp Berke Atar opened up some eyes with his quality performances in U17 World Championship especially with his outstanding game against Canada. Without a doubt he is the best Turkish center in his generation. With a great all-around skill set for a center for his age, he might be an intriguing prospect for NBA teams.
