A point guard that likes to control the pace and have things under control – a true floor general. Very good ball control and not making many silly mistakes and can create separation from his defenders with his handles pretty easily. With his great court vision and passing skills he is able to find teammates on any spot on the court. Looking for passes first but capable of taking things in his hands in offense just not aggressive enough on most occasions. I think he should start to attack the rim more often because with his aggressive first step, good positional size and soft touch, he should be able to score some easy points in the paint. Has a lot of reserves in his scoring game and I believe he will make some improvements in this area in the next years and if he manages that, he could be a great player for the top level in Europe.

Preview: Prospects in Pro Leagues Part 1
We mentioned how mature of a player Rokas Jokubaitis is but two years younger Augustas Marciulonis may be even more advanced in this category. Son of a legend is extremely savvy, quite ready to compete from physical standpoint and has all the makings of lead guard who can dictate the pace, run any offense, be right hand of a coach and moreover contribute as a scorer.

Recap: 2019 BWB Europe Camp
You can rarely see a player instructing others in All Star game. Expect him to be ready for pro basketball very soon. Quite defined body already but very good dribbling, great passing skills and top notch IQ. Not an event for him, seemed a bit careless on purpose and looks better in serious games. Pull up which used to be a question mark looked greatly improved. Can be possibly very good 4 year player in High Major team.

U16 OVERVIEW
For U16 age group, Marciulonis can basically be considered Point God. From body type he definitely looks like a son of Sarunas looking who was knows from his enormously big hands. Augustas stands at solid 6’3 but may not top the dad’s size. Anyway length and strength seem at least fine for PG position. What separates him from peers is off the charts basketball IQ. He looks like he was prepared to play since he was born. Very creative, sees passing lanes ahead of time and keeps the ball on the string. Sets the tone offensively for the team. Can resemble Kevin Pangos in some ways. On the other hand not a great scorer. Doesn’t shot the ball from behind the arc too good yet. Speculated to choose NCAA road in future.
