STRENGHTS WEAKNESSESS
  • very good body structure. Should be able to fill out nicely
  • as fluid as much smaller players. Runs the court very well
  • has much more to offer with his face to the basket than just straight line drives or spot up shots. Can eventually develop nice all around skillset
  • notable cutter with good body control and finishing flair
  • has nice leaping ability which makes him proficient rebounder on position. Attacks the glass for put backs
  • defensive potential is there. Can lower his hips and pick up smaller guards
  • getting better at using his height as an advantage 
  • fundamentally sound shooting mechanics. Can develop into very good shooter but FG% are much below expectations for now
  • hasn’t proved himself in big games yet
  • at least solid ball handler for his size but you won’t see him much creating perimeter shots or running the fast break after rebound
  • left side-heavy in his drives
OUTLOOK
Oton is a very talented wing who makes a tremendous combo forward duo with Luka Samanic in Croatian youth teams. During summer of 2016 although many other options he made somewhat unexpected move as he decided with family to try different development model and took his talents to USA where he currently plays for Profilic Prep. Thanks to his athleticism, IQ and toughness he should easily make a name for himself in States and become 4 stars prospect by standards over there which would allow him to choose from multiple high major scholarship offers.
